Our Values

We hope you find something at Brown’s Curiosities that you never tasted before. We’re always exploring new flavours and ideas. Our menu changes regularly, but whether we’re creating a globally-inspired bonbon or a classic sea salt caramel, what will never change is how we make them. By hand, from scratch, using whole ingredients and no preservatives, close to home.

Because we are using whole foods and no preservatives, our confections should be enjoyed within 2-3 weeks of receiving them.
