Description
Learn to temper, hand dip and cast moulds in a professional chocolate workshop.
Yours to take: 1 bag of chocolate covered sea salt caramels, 1 bag of chocolate covered sour cherry and juniper chocolates, 4 customized chocolate tablets ($94 value), associated recipes, 1 professional dipping fork.
This is a hands-on workshop, you will be standing and walking for the duration.
Located in Camrose. Address and directions provided with registration.
Course runs from 1:00-4:00 pm.
